Juliette (HCPC registered) qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1997, gaining a first class degree in Physiotherapy from Birmingham University. This complimented her existing degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences.  Juliette worked within the NHS prior to specialising in Musculoskeletal out patients.   She has worked within many sporting fields including National league netball and hockey, the Sydney 2000 Paralympics, British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships 2008 and 2009 and as a volunteer Physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympics.

Juliette began training with Polestar Pilates in 2000.  She has since taught Pilates and integrated it’s principles and techniques with her Physiotherapy work.  Juliette has also undertaken extensive post graduate training, especially with Dr LJ Lee (an exceptional clinician) . ‘The Thoracic Ring Approach’ and ‘ConnectTherapy’ models are integral to the way that Juliette practices Physiotherapy ( see LJLee.ca website for details).

Caversham physiotherapy and pilatesThe philosophy at the clinic is to provide a treatment programme that will provide lasting results. Juliette treats a mix of injuries from the elderly with mobility problems and people with everyday aches and pains through to elite athletes.
